Tom Anderson the frat man you always dreamed would give you the hazing of your life. Just 21 years old, Floridian Tom made his way down to Brazil's Carnival with his former frat buddy Mike Rogers, ostensibly to join the party, but really because Mike said the muscle play down there was something to see.
